Ian came and built a fire. We sat around and had hot chocolate and popcorn which was cooked in a billy can!

This week we had a visit from the Fire Brigade.
They came to the playground in their fire engines.
We got to have a look a them, sit inside and try on the helmets. The fire fighters showed us the equipment and how it worked.
Just before they left, they put the sirens on… It was very loud!
To celebrate Remembrance Day we created our own poppies using water colours and oil pastels.
We also had two minutes silence to remember the soldiers

This week we had a visit from Ian, the caretaker at Beavers school.
He told us about all the different things he does to keep us safe at school and to look after the building.
He showed us his keys and we were amazed with how many he has!
Some of our parents came to school to join in with art activities.
We made hedgehogs using clay and made lots of other creations.
We had a lovely time.
